PROBLEM STATEMENT
VALUE PROPOSITION
Instead of building more public charging stations in urban areas, where the EV using patterns and infrastructure placement are relatively fixed, we propose a home-based charging sharing scheme that is supported by existing household power supplements in rural areas.
Instead of focusing on modifying Ford's existing facilities for a more accessible experience or extra planning of local authority for local transport and community needs, it conceives a more market-dependent peer-to-peer EV charging ecosystem, where charging owners share their chargers on a daily basis while getting returns, so that infrastructure placements, user experience including accessibility and pricing, can be self-adaptive to the market need while expanding.
Instead of rebuilding current charging facilities, household help network from charging sharers for disabled drivers are to be formed.
